About me

Alan Willey is an artist currently based in Leicestershire. He graduated from Southampton College of Art, where he studied Fine Art (both painting and sculpture). His primary, although not exclusive interest is in portrait painting.

He is happy to consider commissions for individual portraits or figures, either as drawings or finished paintings in oil or acrylic. Ideally the work is painted or drawn from life over one or two sittings, but if this is not possible, good quality reference photos can be used as an alternative.
